This is the pateints (me) point of view prior to needling.
Didn't realise I'd get both done!! Had SI 19 needled too. Hopefully you can't see up my nose too badly.

Acupunture practice continues!
Bladder one (inner canthus of the eye) didn't hurt , but there was a bit of anticipation before it was done..! Even though its a tender point it wasn't that much of a big deal. Anyway doesn't get used that much in clinical practice. I think its even more nerve wracking putting the needles in as you don't want to hit the eyeball...
